Problem:
When using Dynoplex conversion for Blackberry attachments certain Excel attachments are throwing the following error:
Uncaught Exception 0 >= 0
Solution:
This error is a result of the version of the Dynoplex software that NotifyLink is currently using. The Dynoplex version cannot be updated at this time. The recommended solution would be to ensure your device is capable of Native Attachment support and utilizing this method.
